Frame Assembly & Installation
Our metal framing system is designed for easy and efficient installation, following precise installation drawingscreated by our company. Each frame component is individually marked with panel or truss details and comes with an assembly manual that includes step-by-step guidance for installation.
Assembly Process
Assembling our frames is a straightforward and enjoyable process, similar to building a LEGO set. Components fit together easily through pre-perforated holes and are secured using screws. The 3-in-1 joint optimization technology allows for the connection of up to three profiles at a single point, ensuring a strong and seamless structure.
Fasteners
In the construction of LGSF, we use self-tapping screws and a unique
fastening - a rivet! The rivet is used when fastening profiles. It is hard to pull it out and tear it
out of the profile. The self-tapping screw is ideal for fastening walls from LGSF because it is
strong for fracture.
